We specialize in large corporate events like fairs, school carnivals, fundraisers and corporate parties. Some of our repeat customers: Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, Kate’s Kart, Smith Insurance Agency, Grabill County Fair, and Maplewood Elementary School.
Each event is custom tailored to your specific needs. Pricing is also custom. We do our best to fit into your budget and rarely turn a client away based on our cost. Here are examples of past customer requests and fee arrangements:
Princess Day at the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo:
Event Goal: Creating a magical day for the zoo’s guests.
Details: BlackRose Parties provides a number of princesses to meet guests and take pictures with the kids. This event has tripled in size in the four years that we have been involved.
Fee Arrangement: Flat amount, with a discount for multiple princesses.
Maplewood Elementary School’s Fall Carnival:
Event Goal: Raise money for the school and their library.
Details: BlackRose Parties creates advertising posters, set up over 15 carnival games, provide decorations, and bring in the Fort Wayne Fire and Police Department to show off their vehicles. The event has grown sustainably over the three years that we have partnered with the school. They have raised netted over $3,000.
Fee Arrangement: Specific amount down and a percentage of ticket sales.
Grabill County Fair:

Event Goal: Raising money to support the fair.
Details: Princesses walked the fair grounds. Fair-goers paid for Polaroid pictures with the princesses. The fair received awesome feedback and has invited us to be a part of their event in the coming years.
Fee Arrangement: Percentage of photo sales.
Private parties are available on requests. Character pricing generally starts at $50 for a 20 minute meet and greet. However, pricing varies greatly depending on time, number of characters, guest count and activities. Please contact us for details and pricing.
